REQUIREMENTS:
- Aimed at Basque companies, collectives and creatives.
- To have completed the internationalisation course organised by the ADDE and Apricot. Alternatively, to have prior experience in international contexts or to have a distributor with international experience.
- Non-members of the ADDE must be fiscal residents of the Basque Country.
- The company, collective or creative will be able to include only one work in the catalogue.
- The company itself will choose the dance work and it should select one with the greatest international projection, whether the most accessible when it comes to touring or the most appropriate for the catalogue.
- The form must be filled out with the information in both Spanish and Basque.
- Admission assessment criteria: to have applied for financial support from institutions or bodies, whether in the form of grants or artistic residences. If not, the company’s professional track record will be assessed: to have carried out a production in the last three years; moreover, the list of shows performed in the last three years and the professional track record of the members will be assessed.
- One need not be a member of the ADDE; the difference is that members publish their works for free while non-members must pay a quota.

When will the call for applications be made? How often is it opened?
The 2026 call will open from 5 January to 2 February. The call is annual.
Which dance works are eligible for entry?
Professional works by Basque companies, collectives and creatives.
How many works can I submit?
Each company, collective or creative may publish only one work.
How is it determined whether or not it is a professional work?
We have two criteria:
- To have requested aid from institutions or entities, whether subsidies or artistic residencies.

Do you have to be a member of the ADDE to publish dance works?
One need not be a member of the ADDE; the difference is that members publish their works for free while non-associates must pay a quota of 70 euros per work.
I have not released my latest work yet. Can I put it in the catalogue?
Unreleased dance works may be published if they have been pre-released and have all the required material and information. For example, if they do not have a promotional video, they will not be accepted in this edition.
Can the internationalisation course be taken once the call for applications has been opened?
Yes, it is possible to take the course once the call has been opened, but the application will be sent once the course has been completed.
The catalogue is available in three languages. Do I have to send the information in all three languages?
No, the information must be sent in Spanish and Basque. The translation into English will be arranged by the ADDE.
Does the ADDE have a Basque translation service?
No, the texts in Spanish and Basque are your responsibility. You can ask in municipal districts or towns for translation services into Basque.
